Delivery Costs

UK Mainland

Postage fees are based on weight and are calculated at checkout.

UK Non Mainland

Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Wight (PO30-37), Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE) will incur additional charges and may also experience delivery delays; morning, Saturday and next working day deliveries are optional and will also incur additional charges.

European & International Delivery

Delivery to addresses outside the UK will incur additional charges. For an estimate of shipping costs please e-mail enquiries@tidingspadstow.co.uk.

Delivery Times

Order before 2pm Monday to Friday for same day dispatch.

Once you have placed an order, we aim to dispatch your order the same working day or the next working day. Orders are sent out with Evri.

Evri Standard Delivery: Orders are usually delivered within 2-4 working days once dispatched and are signed for.

Returns

If you are unhappy with the goods received we will refund them if they are sent back at the customer's expense in new resaleable condition within 7 working days along with the original receipt.

Refunds can take up to 1-3 days to be processed from receiving your item(s).

Extended Christmas returns

Items purchased between 1st December and 24th December can be returned or exchanged until 7th Items must be sent back in their original condition along with the original receipt at your expense.
